Pull weeds, spray weed killer $10.

Replace dim or burned out light bulbs and leave them on for every showing (inside and out). $30

Declutter every room, leaving only essential items. Consult a Realtor for staging advice. Free

Touch up paint, especially white trim.  Repaint front door, mailbox to match.  $35

Fly a new US flag from the porch.  $25

Organize garage with 3 large stacking bins and 4 x 8 peg board (accessories included) $50

Organize pantry/cabinets/closets to show order, functionality, storage capacity.  Free

Clean windows, sills with paper towels and window cleaner. $5
